Directions
Begin by thinly slicing potatoes and onions.
Grease a 9" x 13" casserole dish with a light coating of oil.
Arrange a layer of potatoes and onions in the dish and cover with 12 ounces of Smoked Gouda pimento cheese.
Repeat the layering process, ending with a final layer of potatoes and onions. Cover the dish with foil.
Bake for 40-45 minutes at 350 degrees.
Remove the foil, spread another 12 ounces of Smoked Gouda on top, and sprinkle with paprika.
Return the dish to the oven for an additional 15-20 minutes at 375 degrees or until it becomes golden brown.
