Pork Sausage, hot or mild
12oz
Chef and his Wife Pimento Cheese
3 Cups
Biscuit Mix
½ tsp each
White Pepper
Garlic Powder
Onion Powder,
Ground Sage
Directions
In a large bowl, mix together the raw pork sausage and pimento cheese.
Add all the seasonings to the biscuit mix and stir until evenly distributed.
Fold the sausage mixture into the biscuit mix until well combined.
Using a cookie scoop or your hands, portion out small, walnut-sized sausage balls and place them on a baking sheet.
Bake in a preheated 350 degree oven for 30-35 minutes, or until the sausage balls are fully cooked and the biscuit mix is golden brown.
